Don't know if you got the manual you wanted or not but if not you are welcome to get hold of me and I'll gladly email it to you free of charge! I CANNOT understand why it is so difficult to find simple user manuals for cash registers!!! GRRRRRRR

I also own a CM721 and had a real battle when I was trying to find a manual!
