It says "Fuser Error" on the display. It can send faxes but not receive them? Just wondered if anyone else has come accross this problem. Also i can't find the user manuel :(
It was working Ok, but changed printer cartridges twice same supplier, but fax will not recognize that a cartridge has been inserted

I have a Samsung SF5100 which copies but isnt receiving or sending faxes . Check phone line / memory etc but it doesnt receive or send fax ...help

Sending will be ok your just using the tel line,
To receive a fax your fax has to print so fuser error
needs fixing.Try turning off then on again,may loose
date and time,but if still fuser fault send me your email

according to my manual:-
Unplug the power code(cord?) and plug it back in. If the problem persists please call for service
