Hoover6 express (AM120) trips fuse board on full spin?

engineer called thought it were brushes on motor although they were only half worn, cleaned them and the armature cost£30.. worked ok once,next wash did same.Ive now replaced the motor with a brand new one £98 certain this would solve the problem but still this persists.whilst the machine is washing everything is ok its just the spin cycle causing the problem.is there anthing else that may be causing this proble ie the programer?
