The automatic answerphone message on my ntl VS2000 is saying "you cannot leave a message". I have no outstanding messages on the phone. How do I resolve it please? (I've lost the manual).
Press clear/mute to show TAD on
Press 2 to play any messages and delete any using 0.
Press 8 to switch the answer machine on.
Then clear/mute to return to home screen.
