The earpeice volume has gone very low on one of the handsets of the ntl d5100. the ringer volume is fine, I just can hardly hear the caller!
Any ideas ?
Assuming you have not adjusted the volume (there are three settings) then I have the same problem. I tried taking the phone apart to check the ear piece is not bunged up, but it didn't help. We normally just switch the phone to speaker phone these days.
