NTL VS1503:How can I re-link a handset to the base station please?

Hello. I have a quadset VS1503 and one of the handsets has inexplicably become un-linked from the base station and is therefore incapable of making or receiving internal and external calls. Attempting to restore factory settings has not fixed this. How can I re-link the handset to the base station please? Thank you

I browsed this website and found and tried the advice previously posted by Dave.D. It worked within 5 mins!: Disconnect the power supply, wait a while, reconnect it and all four handsets will re-register successfully. Thanks Dave D! Grateful to you.
