New World Series Two Built in Oven and Grill unit - oven doesn't work?
Clock display has gone out and oven will not light. have tried to cancel any programming as show in book, but does not seem to acheive anything. Left it in Manual mode, and four lights appeared,(noticed this by accident) but when I tried to set the clock, it clicked and went off again
Hi, I had this problem with the same oven. I bypassed the clock so it would work but when I got a quote for over £100 a few years ago just to buy a new clock/timer assembly I removed the clock and took it to an electronics expert who repaired it and it has been fine ever since.

I had a similar problem on a newworld series 2 and found that the fault was due to a couple of diodes in the timer, available from maplins for less than a pound, has been fine for several years since

Debbie I have same problem and it sounds like there is problem with the electrical connection at back. Did you get it sorted? I think I will just have to call someone out. Anya
