diplomat 700ga grill and oven?

the control/clock light has been flashing and bleeping and when you try to reset it will not let you, you could keep pressing the buttons and get it to finish cooking but now no lights will not come on so can not use the oven or grill,all so when it did work it take about 5 minute before the flame come up to heat the oven
