Mend Servis M9412 Washing Machine Motor Bearings

Why wont my Servis washing model go to full spin Model M9412?

My washing machine/ drier will not go to full spin 1200rpm, motor works and turns the drier and washing machine washes.
I have replaced the module as there was some burning on it, drain pump works. I have removed the motor and the bearings seem OK. Any suggestions please

Belt needs to be Extremely tight!
No spin at all ? check that tacho magnet isn't cracked.
