fix my scooter?

pretty easy , should take 10 mins max

remove the drive belt casing (kickstart side )

no need to remove the kickstart though.#

inside you will see on the left hand side the front variator
remove the centre retaining bolt , and pull of the fan and the start gear

if you cant slide the belt off the rear clutch drum , then thats got to come off too , but your gonna need a clamp as the spring stretches to 8 inches long if you dissasembe it completely

get your self the gilera manual from halfords for £14.99 , well worth the money
