Mend Suzuki AP50 Problem Runs Low

anyone had the same problem on suzuki ap 50 scooter?

bike runs good but will drive in low revs but slips in high revs belt seems ok, had the clutch off & there seems plenty of material on the 3 fingers, no oil visable but clutch houseing has a blue mark on an area indicating that its got hot. thanks for looking
