I have an Accenta G3 panel c/w remote keypad. Every few days the panel is going into alarm mode and when resetting it is showing a tamper fault. Both the tamper circuits on the keypad and detectors have been disconnected and it has happened again. The keypad is allowing me to reset the system and return to day mode, any ideas what is causing the problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Hi there,
It is likely to be the tamper in the bell box, as this also has a seperate circuit. Make sure when the lid is fitted, there is plenty of push on the switch.

You need to complete a walk test along with a complete system check to find out where the tamper is then you can resolve. If you need an installation manual you can get a PDF doc here showing instalation and programming.
