What to do next with my accenta intruder alarm?

hello, i followed your instructions. my alarm now has a tamper light on the remote keypad. And on the main panel the atack and tamper lights are illuminated. nothing seems to happen when i press reset or enter my code. any advice? cheers

you will have to purchase a new battery in order to reset your alarm, as it is battery first to reset it, you will get one from a local electrical wholesaler about a 2.1 amp hr will do and when you get one
simply turn the power off to the alarm and remove the front cover and disconect the old battery and fit the new one and the alarm should go off and just put your code in to stop it, and fit the cover back on and turn on the power and press reset and all should be ok if it dose not respond to your code try 0123 let me know how you get on bazzzzzz
