How cn I fix my single lens reflex?

Make sure that the film transport lever has wound the film on a full frame. Put the camera in a dark bag whilst you're in a darkened room and open the back. When you wind on the film does it actually move? Close the back before removing camera from bag.
Buy a cheap replacement on eBay before taking it in for repair. Not many repairers hold spares for "amateur" film cameras any more.
