my whirlpool dryer turns but does not heat up?

please could someone inform me how to fix my whirlpool tumble dryer. it turns but does not heat up.

I am having the same issue with a Whirlpool LER7646EQ0. I have replaced the heating element and the thermostat, but still no heat.
