i did what you said but for me it was the brown cap, it was the brown wire.follow it through and check that is connected,mine came loose somehow and now its working.

Do has Stephanie says, press on the 2 down.
Then start the dry cicle with the cover off and see is the electric motor on right side starts, if it does not just give it a push start.

i had this problem and an engineer came out(was still under warranty). if you take the lid off and look on the long silver bit in the centre which the air goes into the drum,you can see 2 little brown 'caps' on the top, in the middle of the white 'things'. sorry not very technical. Just push the one on the right down until it 'clicks'. worked for me. Hope it helps.
