Mend Pro-Form PETL55132 Model Turn Mains

what is wrong with my pro-form 590hr treadmill model no petl55132?

when i turn on my treadmill at the mains the console turns on but when i press button to start the treadmill belt dosnt move all systems on console are lit and ready to go please could you help?

Remove the front hood. On the inside of the hood there should be a diagnostic flowchart and auto calibration you need to run.
set the I/R comp to 85% duty cycle
