THIS MODEL HAS TOUCH SENSERTIVE BUTTONS,BUT HAS GONE DEAD ,WHEN I TURN IT OFF AND THEN BACK ON AGAIN AT THE MAINS ,THE RED LED LIGHTS ALL COME AND COUNT UP TO NINE AND GO OFF AGAIN,ANY IDEAS ?

thats what its meant to do. press the on bottun twice and a red light illuminates then press the + button on your desired ring it should read 9. the rest is as you would expect. (don't forget the lock which comes on automaticly.
