Mend Worcester 28i RSF Boiler Heating Fault

heating&water intermittant fault?

on heating,when the boiler fires up, it heats up until it reaches it temperature controld by the themostat. so when the temperture drops the boiler will not fire up, unles i turn the power off & on at the mains.
