how can i fix my dishlex global 450?

it starts the prewash process then stops and flashes nf in the display screen....all the prewash water is still in the bottom of the dishwasher.

it sounds the same as my problem,,, found the grease trap was blocked cleaned it and it ran like new. you can find it underneath lay the dishwasher on it,s side take the base plate off and all will be clean except 1 thing. you can unclip it and one small cream coloured pipe wash it in hot water and i think you will be as happy as i am
