Mend Ford Escort (2002) Work 2002

Cigarette lighter/charger doesn't work in 2002 Ford Escort?

I was installing an XM radio in my car. My accessory charger plug has no power. It wont charge a phone, it didn't power the radio.
I don't know which fuse to check - I checked them all. How do I replace the plug? Can I do it myself? Is there another way to power the radio?

I bet- you didn't check them all? I had a similar problem on my 99 escort. There is a second fuse panel above the main panel- it took me a while to find it- I don't know how I had missed it.
