Ford Focus 2002. One reverse light doesn't work?

I have changed the light bulb and still doesn't work.

Are you sure the car had two working reverse lights originally? From memory, the 2002 ford focus only has one reversing light and one fog light. I'd check the fitting that you put the new bulb in actually has the metal contacts installed or wiring running to it before you go any further..
