Mend Ford Focus 1.6LX 2002 Battery Fuel

How can I fix dashboard speedo etc Ford Focus 1.6LX 2002?

I have recently installed new battery on Ford Focus and all the instrumentation on dashboard, i.e. fuel guage, rev counter, speedo, water, milometer etc do not work. What could be the problem?

disconnect it for few mins then reconnect switch on and see if they work then start the engine.make sure all the small wires are on the battery
