Mend Margherita 2000 Blue Hello Red

Margherita stops on blue 5?

Hello,
We have a Margherita 2000. If we set the knob on red 4. Usual was, the knob spins to a halt on blue nr 5. After that nothing.
There are no blinking on the lights as i read in other messages.
Any ideas?
