Am I being charged too much?

i get no end of jobs like that, that the customer tells me it was a friend of the family that fitted it or done the work and now they have been left with leaks or a system that doesn't work at all.
now the customer is left with paying out twice and a friend that don't talk to them any more.

your choice, but make sure he knows what he is doing to many diyer's that think they know it all.

job should take no longer than a hour to do.
