How Can i make my Peugeot JetForce 50 turn on?

Hello,

My scooter wont even turn on, when i twist the key it makes that noise it always makes (durrrrrr) but thats it, nothing lights up on the dashboard and it certainly wont start. Before this it didnt even make a noise but it was because the fuse had gone, ive now replaced the fuses with new ones and my scooter worked again for 2 days but now it wont turn on again, the only difference this time is that it makes that noise it always makes. Can you help me please?
