how can i fix my peugeot speedfight 2 scooter?

I have brought a2002 peugeot speed flight 50 cc air cooled scooter my electric start does not work,i have checked the fuse and it still doesnt start. It will start off the kick but there is nothing off the electric button. any ideas welcome

if not any of thoes it might be the starter motor is gone

battery. you need a really strong one to get the electric start going. That or maybe the switch in handlebar. I would test your battery first.
