How do you remove the s/s drum from Hoover 2300l washing mashine?

Hi all,the interior of the stationary plastic drum and exterior of the stainless steel drum of my Hoover 2300l washing machine has a film of dirt/grease built up and small particles are breaking away and getting onto the washed clothes.can someone tell me how to remove the s/s drum? I have removed the agitator and extrernal plastic already,are special tools required ie bearing puller and will the shaft seal need to be replaced? thanks in advance
