ive got a singer 616g?

my machine , has locked on . it doesnt seem to move, like 1 of the cogs is stuck , i think it happened when i was in reverse
seems like the bobbin case , but unsure

Hello Jackie,
First of all take out the bobbin case, this is the most likely cause, make sure there is no cotton jammed in the bottom, the slightest bit will jam the machine,with the bobbin case out you should be able to turn the balance ,try this first, any problems send me an e-mail.
