Murray lawn tractor 17.5 42" won't move?

I was fixing tires had mower jacked up with parking knob pulled up.It seems like it is stuck in park.It won't move forward or reverse.

Thanks husqvarna man.I did find key on the ground.So it did slip off.I will put it back when it stops raining

Thanks for the reply.I'm pretty sure it was still in there on both wheels.The small parking lever won't stay down like it's still in park

If you took the wheels off did you remember to re fit the square key back into the shaft?
