Sony trinitron model KD-28DL11U?

I have tried to get the user manual of the website of Sony no support on this model. great so I went to the TVmanuals site as I have got non supported models there, they have been got at by Sony (Like George Micheal) for supplying manuals (singing recording hes songs) This has totally turned me away from getting any of their products as their back up is rubbish. I am not going to scrap a perfect TV for the want of a manual.

have lost digital channels still have analogue; tried digital nad manual auto re-tuning to no avail can anyone help ?
