How can I fix my Sony KDF50WE655 televsion?

I have a SONY KDF 50WE655 Grand Wega LCD television. It still works great with a great picture. Only we had a power surge and now only the Video 1,2 Slots work. The Video component PcB and HDMI ports no longer show a picture when hooked up to Satellite or XBOX. What Board do I need to replace to get this working. I am experienced in repairing computers and some electronics. I just need a nudge in the right direction. I can do all repairs through YOUTUBE! LOL
