Mend Buick Skylark Car Start Fire

How can I fix my car (1981 Buick Skylark)?

My car doesn't start. It doesn't fire. What could be the problem. I been told it could be in the computer or in the distributor. How can I find out what it could be. It's a 1981 Buick Skylark, 4 Cylinder with 4 doors and 2.5 engine.
