does anybody knw about 1994 buick lasebre?

i cant get my 1994 buick lasebre to crank i changed my water pump car started fine i turnd it off startedit again drove it around the bloke rinsed off the antifreeze that was around the motor and fan let it run for about 15min then i turned it off for about and hour and i went to start it and it wouldnt crank only the dash lights came on. help! please!!!!!!!
