help needed to fix my vectra?

i have a s reg diesel vectra just had the feeder pipes replaced put car will not start any ideas what it could be???

Try replacing the flexi hose bleed off pipes from the injectors costs about 5 pound for the parts from vauxhall takes about 10 mins to do
