Rover 25 Diesel (2000 reg) engine turnes over but wont start?

I tried to restart the car, after parking. Engine turns over. I have checked fuses, fuel filter, and supply to injectors. The car has an immobiliser and central locking. Could it be the immobiliser? If so is there a re-set proceedure. I have also tried to bump start without luck. Please help

see if the immobiliser light goes out when you turn ignition on this will tell you if it is a problem
