MY TURBOMAX BOILER IS NOT DELIVERING HOT WATER?

THE LED PANEL SAYS FLUE FAN NOT RUNNING,ALTHOUGH YOU CAN HEAR THAT IT IS,THE LED ABOVE SAYS GAS VALVE OPEN BUT THERE IS NO IGNITION,ANY IDEAS HOW THIS PROBLEM CAN BE RESOLVED.
