Mend Durabrand CG5660-M Help Channels Half

HELP! Channels missing?

I got a Durabrand CG5660-M for christmas and when the initial scan was done half of the channels were missing (E4, ITV2, E!, 5life, 5US and more). Since then I have been doing scans regulary and just keep getting the same channels, Although the BBC channels that I did have also have now disappeared. I have never even had the terrestrial channels. Any advice please?

Durabrand Durabrand CG5660-M Video, DTT Receivers Help Channels Half

The signal from your aerial is not strong enough to receive some of the groups of channels. You need to realign or replace your aerial.
