Help with my dv3 freeview box?

what is the cost setting up a arial for a good reception
through the dv3 freeview box

Freeview reception needs a carefully aligned outdoor aerial. Unless you live practically next door to a transmitter an indoor aerial will not work. Second "moving the aerial around" will not work either it has to be properly aligned to you local transmitter.
