Mend Bosch Motor Rotate Brushes

How do i change the motor or brushes in my Bosch WFF 1200?

The motor will rotate and keep spinning after a gentle push start, when it is running arcing can be seen due to the wear of the brushes. Any information on how to do this would be ideal. Thanks
