Mend Vauxhall Vectra Help Replaced 16v

Is there a vectra mech out there that can HELP?

I have just replaced the paper type oil filter on my 1.8 16v 1999 V plate Vectra, but the housing of which the filter sits in has become loose it turns both left and right half way with a slight gap allowing oil to pour out. It now looks like I have damaged it, how can i remove it to replace it.

in the cemtre of the housing is a bolt which u can undo to take housing of it is a 10 mil allan key best of luck i did mine the other day
