WHEN THE T V.IS TURNED ON THERE IS A BUZZING NOISE.THE SCREEN IS LOTS OF LINES,PICTURE ROLLING,ANY ONE KNOW WHAT COULD BE WRONG?.MODEL NO.PD-35B50BU/PD-35B50BJ.
