Mend Briggs & Stratton 6.75 hp 21 in. Deck Lawn Mower Flywheel

My pull cord on a Craftsman Briggs & Stratton does not pull?

My pull cord on a Craftsman 6.75 hp 21 in. Deck 3-in-1 Bagging-Mulching-Side Discharge Rear Bag Mower, does not pull back.
I was cutting grass, I empty the bag for the first time, and now nothing! I think its the flywheel? Any suggestions??

Will it pull and not pull back as the rope wont even pull back. If that is the case your engine is frozen and you may be screwed. If this is the case put some oil down the spark plug hole and let it sit overnight and see if will run. And check the oil leavel.
