how can i stop my car alarm from going off at any time?

the alarm on my 2002 vauxhall omega 2.2 cd keeps going off for no reason anything from 15 mins to 3 hours after arming

Check the setting of the bracket attached to your under bonnet sensor if this is very slighty bent alarm will go off intermittently'

Not left a mobile phone switched on inside the car?

Windows / sunroof all shut?

Had the cars battery checked? If the battery starts to lose charge as it ages the alarm will think someone is trying to tamper with the battery & the alarm siren will sound becuase its a battery back up / anti tamper system.
