Mend Servis M6011 Water Bottom Drained

Why is there water in the bottom of the my Servis M6011?

I have just bought a new Servis M6011.

At the end of the wash there is a large amount of water that hasnt drained off!

Why is this???

it could be a blocked pipe,or somthing is in the pump filter. it this usaually located at the bottom of the machine behind a panel.
