Mend Samsung RS21DCMS Fan Power Supply

samsung freezer rs21dcms?

the freezer is not freezing due to the fan not circulating the air I have run a test on the fan and it is ok however their is no power supply at the fan socket is this a faulty board or can it be reset

if got no power could be done to the main board but they aint cheap bout £100+ if need more adivce email us
