Mend Toshiba CF35D50 Green Screen Television Fix

Need help with GREEN Screen?

Have a CF35D50 Toshiba. There is a picture but the screen is green w/ retrace lines. Could someone point me in the right direction to maybe fix this?

if your toshiba employs a philips tube which is likly the tube will be faulty

it can be a faulty crt tubegreen cathode shortwhich is known as a bright green raster with fly back lines /retrace lines/or a faulty decoder
