how can i fix my p reg mondeo 1800 tdi?

changed the fuel filter and it wont start do it need bleeding if so how ? i used the pump to fill the filter up can anyone help me please

These are auto bleed ie they bleed themselves.If this does not happen then the filter has not been put on properly.Re take it off and make sure it is sealed tight.
