Mend Ford Mondeo Changed Engine

how can i fix my mondeo? changed the engine?

Changed my engine in my 1997 mondeo 1.8 diesel and it wont even turn over????? just clicking noise from ( i think) deisel pump???? that is all.. got red lights flashing near me clock though????? immobiliser may be??? if anyone can help..... (had to change engine due to timing belt going,)

No i did not change to pump as no one told me about this problem, is there any other way out of this as the donnor car has been crunched..... many thanks

did you change the diesel pump on the donor engine for your original one from your engine you have a coded pump which is coded to your car you are correct in thinking the red light thats flashing by the clock is indicating imobbilised if you have the wrong pump on the car you will not get it to start
