Mend Craftsman LT1000 Lawn Blade

Craftsman LT1000 run full throdle all of the time?

I have a Craftsman LT1000 it runs full throdle all of the time. No matter where you set it at. But when you engage the blade it acts normal.

I'm having the same problem. It seems that a little piece has fallen off the throttle body linkage section, I'm trying to find some diagrams for it. If you push the throttle up and watch what moves, when you push it back down there is a piece below it that is supposed to be pushed down but it is just a little bar. I think it's supposed to have a bigger wheel on it but obviously fell off.
